Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines your right to cancel services with Before You Go Estate Planning Ltd under UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel a contract for services made online or over the phone within 14 calendar days from the day you agree to the service.

“I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of estate planning services with Before You Go Estate Planning Ltd.”

3. Refunds

  • If you cancel within 14 days and before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after work has started, we may charge a reasonable fee for any completed work.
  • If services are fully completed within 14 days and you gave express consent to begin early, you will lose the right to cancel.

4. Exceptions

You cannot cancel after the 14-day period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds outside this period are discretionary and based on the progress of the work.
